Windows 10 Sdk License Agreement

The Software Licensing Agreement in Chapter 1 and the Chapter 2 supplement contain licensing conditions governing the use of NVIDIA software. By agreeing to this agreement, you agree to comply with all the conditions applicable to the products it contains. THE .NET FRAMEWORK SOFTWARE. The software contains the Microsoft .NET Framework software. This software is part of Windows. Windows license conditions apply to your use of the .NET Framework software. The terms of this supplement govern your use of the SDK NVIDIA CUDA Toolkit under the terms of your license agreement, as amended by this supplement. The basic terms that are used below, but are not defined, have the meaning assigned to them in the agreement. Subject to clause (ii) above, Microsoft is only liable for slight negligence if Microsoft violates the essential obligations of the contract, the performance of which facilitates the performance of this agreement, the violation of which compromises the purpose of this agreement and of which a party can consistently trust (“cardinal obligations”). While NVIDIA generally retains compatibility between versions, NVIDIA may, in some cases, make changes that result in incompatibilities in future versions of the SDK. one. Installation and use. A user can install and use any number of copies of the software on your devices to design, develop and test your device readers and support components, as defined by DCHU. In addition, you can install, use and/or deploy any number of copies of the software on computer devices on your internal corporate network, or through a network management system or desktop image, to design, develop and test device controllers and support components as defined by DCHU, run on a Microsoft operating system.
